Everyone was very nice and professional. Dr. Nguyen made me very comfortable and took time to speak with me and answer questions. The only problem I encountered was an hour and a half wait to be seen for a new patient consult. In my line of work this would be unacceptable, but I try to be understanding since I am familiar with a busy schedule and patient care. It let me know he doesn't push people through without personalized care.
Dr. Nguyen has done an excellent job with both of my surgeries he has performed. The first one, a breast enhancement, turned out even better than I thought with very minimal recovery time. The second surgery, a tummy tuck, had excellent results, I wonder all the time why I didn't do it sooner. I can be myself and wear what I want without the fear of others looking at my muffin top and pooch. I have already recommended him to a few friends. John is the best! I tell everyone I know this. He is very conservative and is the first to tell me I might not need to do something. I feel like he cares about me and my appearance and is not just trying to spend my money. I get compliments all the time and have started sending all my girlfriends to him for work. He is very knowledgeable and knows the right thing to do. I have learned to trust his recommendations and go with the expert! He is by far the best!

I would highly recommend anyone who's looking for a plastic surgeon to please visit this place. The second you walk in you will be greeted by one of the beautiful receptionists with a smile. The doctor is is kind and listens to you and will answer all of your questions.. I was terrified of being put to sleep for my procedure but everyone in the surgery center was so kind my mind was put at ease..
