No I’m very disappointed
My biggest issue is that I spent about 10 minutes with the doctor and over an hour in the facility. I spent a great deal of time waiting or with other staff. The person who took the most time with me was April, to explain pricing. The doctor barely looked at me. I left very uncertain about whether I would actually follow through with a procedure. I am not sure that I want to have major surgery with a doctor who doesn't spend time walking me through the procedure.
I am not pleased with my surgery. I paid for a reduction (from an “L” cup to a “DD” cup) and for a breast lift. the lift must have gone on permanent vacation... my breasts sag, have no lift, are uneven. the surgical scars are a mess. and I don’t. mean the reduction. scars... I am referring to the side scars. they were not neatly stitched. i now have slabs of skin on both sides of my breasts. I don't think I will recommend Dr. John Nguyen to anybody. I have done my part of paying the surgery cost but paying over 2000 dollars extra for his mistake that's completely unacceptable. Making money isn't easy.
