Monday, April 24th The residents of Summer Vista were served a delicious meal which consisted: tasty chicken marsala over pasta, flavorful mixed vegetables, and a seasoned roll. Added to the plate on a mound of Greenery was a beautiful purple Edible orchid. Chef Charles outdid himself! Then, we were served a piece of Pina Coletta cake topped with whip cream and a big red cherry! He even decorated the plating with red and yellow icing. The staff genuinely care about the residents and treat them with kindness and respect. Various activities and ample opportunities for socialization are provided throughout each day. I am very grateful that my Mom is so well cared-for at Summer Vista. Thank you all!

When we moved mama into Summer Vista memory care unit she couldn’t sit up in a wheelchair, eat without assistance, or remember her children. She had been diagnosed with dementia and was on Hospice. The staff at Summer Vista brought her back to life and she is now living on her own and drives back to Summer Vista for activities. We thank God every day for Michelle and team pushing her and getting her moving again.
I love the staff at Summer Vista. They truly care for their residents. They are professional and take pride in their work!
There are no words that can adequately express my gratitude to the outstanding staff of Summer Vista! I am a firm believer that great leadership that treats staff like family creates an environment where staff love residents like family! Brenda is an unbelievable administrator.
