Really enjoy living here!!! Skylar, Dustin, and the whole office team make it completely comfortable living here in the community. I haven't had any issues go unaddressed!!! It's pet friendly.. 2 Swimming pools and nice area!!!

We have been here for 6 months so far and everything has been great. We have had a few minor maintenance issues but they have all been addressed and corrected within 24 hours of putting in the maintenance request. Everyone we have dealt with in the office has been great and very personable. The landscaping crew did an amazing job cleaning off the back patio after hurricane Ian came through and knocked down a lot of leaves and sticks. I would definitely recommend moving here with our experiences so far

So I've been here since May '17 and it's November now. I have to say I haven't ran into any of the issues these others have. I rent a 1050sqft 2 bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse and have my own washer and dryer in the unit. All for under a grand. After my dogs rent and water I'm typically at 1025 or lower. I'm RIGHT at I440/40. Leaving the apartments you're at the on ramp for these. Definitely been doing better with the maintenance issues & returning phone calls, now being in February, it has been more pleasant living here. I can't deal with places/people that are quick to take your $ but not take care of you..., But so far now I can say it has been A Lot better maintained...! Hope they keep it up:) & the blaming my dog for the pee in the breezeway & being chained up still makes me upset but I'm putting it in the past, hoping for a positive future here!
I do not leave reviews but this will be the first. We have had problems since the very FIRST DAY we moved into Sumter Square Apartments. For starters there are always leaks every month. Maintenance comes in and it will be TEMPORARILY FIXED just like anything they claim to "fix". Our FRIDGE sounds like a motorcycle after having the first one replaced. I spent 400 dollars to apply for this place and was denied, they won't return the other half of the deposit despite having an explanation that I was escaping domestic violence and that me and my child are staying in a hotel and need to make another deposit on another place. The staff and the entire Drucker and folk organization does not care about people they just want your money. Watch out.

This is the worst place to live! Maintenance does not keep up with the inside or the outside of the apartment. The apartment manager does not take accountability for anything that may happen to the tenants on their property. And if you own a dog they will try to charge you for carpet replacement even though it's not warranted! And when you ask for proof all they tell you is "dark spots" which comes from normal wear from walking on the carpet! it's not my fault the raggedy company you use doesn't have strong enough equipment ... read more

I am writing this review to hopefully help the next person because I wish I would have read the reviews first myself! I lived here for two years. Just moved 6/6/21, Things were "okay" at first until half way through the first year, things just went down hill. They say "you get what you pay for" and these apartments are the epitome of it, honestly the rent should be cheaper!
