They moved us in 7 days after the last tenant left. We got a call days before our move in date asking us to push it back, which we couldn't do because they had already pushed us to the last possible weekend we could move on. We arrived to an apartment we had never been able to see and all the doors and windows were stuck shut from a rushed paint job that wasn't allowed to dry properly. Paint clogged every sink. We have lived here for 3 years. We are finally moving out next month. When we first moved in the staff was very welcoming, extremely helpful & kind. That is no longer the case. Do not live here unless you enjoy being treated horrifically. This morning we went in to sign the paperwork that we would not be renewing our lease. The consultant RITA was extremely unprofessional. After about 2 months of living here, they no longer return calls and maintenance takes there sweet time with your emergency. They say if it's an emergency press 2 and they got back to me the next day. Leasing office will do nothing about it except say I'm so sorry about your inconvenience we strive to make things great for you but that is the farthest from the truth. My neighbor told me she had to go down to the leasing office and scream and shout before anything is done. Why does it have to get there before anything is done... read more

I've lived here for about 2 1/2 years. When I first moved in, the property was great, the staff was superb and maintenance was on top of everything! We had family events, like movie in the park and back to school party and summer parties but.. Now...now it's a joke! They've taken our rent money and redid the office for whatever reason and the staff is dwindled down to two people, so now no one returns your calls. Maintenance is either slacking or...slacking. When I was looking to move in, I was told that all of their 2 bedroom apartments include washer/dryer connections. This is not the case. Some do, some do not, and I ended up in one that did not. Great, so I informed management of this. Can I transfer to an open 2 bedroom with W/D connections? No. Okay, I can deal. I was robbed after living here for about 9 months, due to a faulty standard back door lock. I don't recommend this complex. My main reason is the price. It is a very high price to pay without redeeming qualities to compensate. The apartments are older in general. The carpets are permanently stained and the old, musty, smell of the carpet never faded throughout my 1 year stay. The toilet and bathroom facilities are not high quality with peeling grout and paint on the walls. If you want to feel like you are living by the beach, then come live here. And by that, I mean that your apartment will flood once every six months. And they will say they have added something to fix the problem. Then a thunderstorm will hit and it will flood again. Rinse and repeat.

I've been here about 3 months and I've have to call to get something fixed 2x per month and in still waiting on a few things to be fixed since I've moved in. Staff is friendly but I haven't been pleased with the pace of how it's run... Rent is too Hight to deal with multiple repairs and the stress of always having someone in your home to fix something, I've been waiting on a new dishwasher since April. It's almost June. Please don't do it to yourself! Maintenance is a joke. They do only cosmetic "repairs" to placate and shut you up. When I signed my lease I wasn't told of a water main break just below my apartment. As a consequence there was constant leaks, standing water, sewage backups and bugs. They agreed to release me from remaining months on my lease but are now threatening legal action...more trouble than its worth and more costly now that I have had to secure a lawyer.
