Setting up the survey was easy. Frank M. was great and his knowledge of Intrepid boats was top notch!
Great service!
Outstanding survey and surveyor. Very thorough and comprehensive survey. A real pleasure to work with.
Contracted with Sun Coast to do a survey on a 28 foot boat we were purchasing. I went with them even though they were the highest price based on research of reviews and them having more resources than the one or two man shops. Worked with Chet (owner) on original schedule. We had to drive 10 hours to the vessel as we wanted to be present for the survey. On date of survey they had a surveyor out sick and Chet (the owner) left the office, changed and came down and did the survey himself to meet his original promised schedule. ... read more
Frank was very thorough. His report was comprehensive. Much of the survey was a conversation. He explained what he saw as he went through the boat. Highly recommended!
I was not present for the survey, but according to Chris, my captain, all went very well. This is the second survey that .Jonathan has done for us, and once again, he did an excellent job.
The service was great and very complete.
Business response:

Extremely intrusive survey, very pleased with the level of the inspection and communication with Jonathon. All my surveys will go through you guys in the future.
Very thorough and detailed, friendly customer service. GW 330
