Sun Coast saved me from making an over 1/2 million dollar mistake. Needless to say, they are my surveyors on my next boat.
Boy did I get a lemon of a boat after Sun Coast Marine Surveying promised they were the best. No water on boat to test plumbing, no generator to test electronics, no canvas to see how destroyed it was. But I still paid full price. Here is what I got: I added water to the boat and it flooded the carpet in the cabin and filled up the bilge. There isn’t a drop left in the holding tank so all 20 gallons leaked out.
