I use you for most of my rental properties and the houses and airbnbs that I take care of. Usually I have great service which is why I continue to use your services. Last Thursday one of your plumbers who lives beachside came by my uncles house to install a new shower head I bought for him. It was way too corroded for me to attempt. Excellent work replacing the heater but the teck should have checked the appliances and water faucets to ensure they were functioning- It appears that contamination from the old water heater on existing plumbing chocked the water flow in the kitchen sink water faucet, dishwasher. laundry washer and one bathroom sink faucet,. When I called the company a teck came and cleaned the kitchen sink faucet end screen but said he was just a plumber not allowed to touch the washers. Jason did an excellant job and got the stoppage cleared. The day before Joe was here and was unable to get it opened up. Joe is a very nice young man and tried his best under very rainy conditions. There was talk of taking pictures to see if there was additional damage but Jason was able to get the job done. (no rain as yet). AT some later date, I will need plumbing help with a house up in Canaveral Groves and Jason said he lives up that way. When I need a plumber up there, I will call and ask for Jason. Thanks
