I have used them before. I know them from years of working in Rockwell. They are a big company. The work they did was superior. They were superb. I most definitely would use them again in the future. Sun Plumbing in Melbourne came out in February 2011 and pumped out my septic tanks. I have got two septic tanks. They do heating and cooling as well.

Came out once before the job to do a calculated diagnosis. Gave 2 probabilities and 2 prices. Fortunately, the lower priced procedure cured the problem. They unclogged a pipe leading to the septic tank and installed a filter that will catch items that shouldn't go thru the line.

They were very helpful in helping me decide the correct water heater for my needs. They went out of their way to install it promptly and correctly. All in all I was extremely happy with their overall service from the treatment by the office to the plumber. Highly recommend.

Phil was our technician. He was patient in describing what he thought was causing our leak and thoroughly answered all questions we had. Prior to doing the work he gave us the best and worse case scenarios regarding price in relation to work that might have to be done to fix the problem. I think the cost was a fair market price for the work involved. It has been approximately six months since the work was done and there has been no recurrence of the leak. The problem was effectively solved. Toilet bowl was pulled, flange replaced and toilet reset. This entailed chiseling into cement and more physical labor than we could easily accomplish had we done it ourselves. Phil also regrouted the area around the toilet.
