The plumbers were excellent at their work. The bill for $710. was the surprise. Is that total because you sent two plumbers or because you came right away. Or am I out of touch on how much this service costs? Your telephone person was a good surprise. She asked questions and was nicely calm when I wasn’t calm. I loved that she gave me options on when the plumbers would come to do the work.
