Chris and the girl working with him whose name escapes me were fantastic. They went above and beyond and we’re teaching me about my system. That’s who I want if I have to have some plumbing out again.

Rico and Noah were friendly and professional. Explained the benefits of the water heater very well and they were efficient in installing it. My only reason for not rating them a 5 is they could have taken the time to explain how to connect the heater to the phone app. We had to figure that out ourselves.
