I wanted to say a few words about Sun West Mortgage, normally it has been my experience that the initial experience with many companies is pleasant up until the point where you close a deal but having to encounter customer service afterwards is a bit problematic. This is not the case with Sun West, I have had a few encounters with their customer service department now and have come away with a very good impression on all occasions even the ones where I created the need for a call. Sun West Mortgage Company has handled my home mortgage for the last 5 years. Whenever I have to contact them their customer service people are so courteous and knowledgeable. Last time I needed help with my escrow account and Miracle at extension 80934 went above and beyond to get me the information I needed.
