Spoke with ****** and he did a phenomenal job helping us with an Escrow issue from a previous insurance company we were using. He took the time to make sure I knew what he was talking about and he even helped me know what to do once everything was completed/ processed. As a Business Owner and dealing with customers on the phone myself, it is refreshing to be treated kindly by someone else. ****** was knowledgeable and efficient in providing information without me having to ask! I had the pleasure to work with ******** concerning our issue. In short, we live in ******* and our insurance company would not renew our homeowners insurance. This has caused ** to be uninsured until we fix or replace our roof. Absolutely a fantastic company. Always positive and always there to answer questions and help. I e never spoken with a single person who hadnt been, polite, helpful, positive and extremely knowledgeable. My husband feels the same way. SunWest is the Best!!!!!!
