Sunwest is a great mortgage company. I was recently informed that my payment was reversed by my bank. Turns out there was fraud on my bank acct and that the reversal was a mistake. I contacted customer service and explained what happened and they resubmitted my payment and reversed the service charge for the late payment. I'm impressed! I rate Sunwest ?????
