4/20/2023 I was reviewing my Loan online due to receiving notice of a document waiting for my review. I was greatly pleased to see that my escrow amount was decreasing and I had a balance to be returned. I was a bit confused about one item and I wanted to be clear so I called the loan servicing number. I was connected to a very nice pleasant man named ******.
