Although not always the case in the mid 2000's. It is now obvious that Sun West Mortgage has spent considerable time training their public contact staff over a broad range of mortgage topics, so that we as customers can feel that ******** Mortgage is there to serve our customer needs. Good or bad, a customer will get the truth of the issue so that things can get resolved in a legal, proper, customer-oriented manner.
