The experience we had with Sunburst was amazing....seamless from the quick appointment to measure our windows to installation. Everyone we were in contact with were professional and helpful. Looked to get shutters from another service and was disappointed with the lack of attention we found. Glad Sunburst/Home Depot was our second call...and thrilled with our shutters.
We had shutters installed on the deck doors similar to a French door style. Thrilled with the staff that we worked with from beginning to end. From the beginning of the process Alisha was an absolute resource. Her customer service support was exemplary. Very appreciative of the availability and updates provided. I am very impressed with this company. The gentleman who came to measure and the gentleman who came to install we're both so professional and friendly. Setting the time for both the measuring and the installation was very very easy and without any complication or confusion. I would definitely use this company again. I'm actually thinking about having a couple more windows done in the near future

Just had my second set of shutters installed by Sunburst. Love the product and the customer service has been terrific. The scheduler, measuring tech and installation team were all very pleasant and professional. Everyone showed up when they were supposed to and the installers even removed their shoes without my asking. Didn't even have to do any cleanup after they left!
