Just terrific from soup to nuts! Kelsy came to my house in August and was prepared, prompt and professional. She was very up front with the delays they (along with everyone else!) have been experiencing with covid supply chain interruptions as well as labor. This was our second time using Sunburst Shutters. Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Very professional and friendly staff from the sales woman that came to the house, to the office staff who kept us up to date as to status of the order and install date, to the gentleman that installed the shutters.
