We loved Sunburst shutters work so much that we ordered more! The team is really efficient. It takes only a day or two to recieve a visit for estimating and once deposit is paid, they provide timing to receive the shutters. In both of my experiences, shutters arrived right on time or maybe a day or two earlier than estimated and then I was on the schedule within a day or two for installation.
