They are happy to promise you they can meet your needs, but when they hit delays they are no where to be seen. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMMUNICATION. I understand that distribution and logistics have suffered during this pandemic, but that doesn't excuse you from NOT COMMUNICATING UPDATES to your customers. We have ordered a full house of plantation shutters in May. We had gotten competitive pricing and quote, and was told from their competitor that current delivery is atleast 12 weeks. RecommendedWe had our first Sunburst Shutters installed in 1995. We love them. Have never had any problems or adjustments in 25 years. About 5 years ago we had some wood shutters installed and have had problems with them ever since. Sunburst is putting shutters on our remaining windows. Tod was great. We actually think he may have installed our original shutters. I highly recommend Sunburst Shutters.

Provide a little customer serves my project has been dragging on for several months and they always forget product and Never return calls or emails Shutters are very nice {the ones i revived so far} shades not overly impressed. still waiting on answers about my system i inquired about over 2 weeks ago. Very pour customer serves!

The entire blind and shade industry has been backlogged during Covid causing delayed lead times.
