Great working the reservation on line. Nice resort despite the painting going on that impacted parking.
The facility was clean, had all the amenities we needed and the staff was pleasant. There were 3 things, however, that could use some addressing: 1) There were no Travel Advantage Network associates at the facility. We were told we were on a "trial" package. This confused me and my wife because we have been members of TAN for several years. Brittany and Donna were very informative and super passionate in the delivery of the club! They were extremely helpful and definitely did a wonderful job representing the company overall. Management also did an excellent job in providing the absolute best prices for the vacation packages! Highly recommended as their resorts and destinations are top notch!

I really enjoyed our visit with Sundance. My husband and I was skeptical, due to the fact that we had a bad experience with time shares. To find out this was completely different was such a refreshing feeling. Joseph Warren and Frederick Portillo were very pleasant and helpful with our needs.
It was good. Nice presentation and good facilities.

The people at Sundance office were very good and I liked the enthusiasm and the energy that they had. The packages that they offered were also good. I only wish they had more international destinations.
It doesnt work for my travel needs, sundance staff unferstoid and no pressure! It is. An excellent program especially for families with small children..
