It's was a wonderful experience with wonderful people who really did everything possible to make the package affordable!
you did great and not pushy just of no use to me as I have same plan only I paid a lot less and it's a forever plan never limited to certain amount of weeks weeks are cheaper and yearly fee is cheaper

Great working the reservation on line. Nice resort despite the painting going on that impacted parking.
The facility was clean, had all the amenities we needed and the staff was pleasant. There were 3 things, however, that could use some addressing: 1) There were no Travel Advantage Network associates at the facility. We were told we were on a "trial" package. This confused me and my wife because we have been members of TAN for several years. Brittany and Donna were very informative and super passionate in the delivery of the club! They were extremely helpful and definitely did a wonderful job representing the company overall. Management also did an excellent job in providing the absolute best prices for the vacation packages! Highly recommended as their resorts and destinations are top notch!
