Very personalized care. Interested in me and my family and what we do for fun or to get away.
Very informative, persistent and pleasant. Made lots of sense to purchase a vacation package almost like purchasing a time share. You are not obligated to buy anything and still receive your bonus free vacation. Had it been at a later date I would have purchased something.
