It wasn't what I expected
It was great! Everyone was very pleasant and knowledgeable!
My wife and I were just going to go to the meeting and say no to all the offers and go on our vacation. However, once we started discussing the vacation packages with the representative we were sold. Sundance truly opened our eyes to the possibility of taking affordable vacations and not having to deal with the frustration of timeshares. The staff at the Harrisburg location was amazing. Not only were they courteous but they didn't try to haggle or push me into the product. The information spoke for itself.
Very easy checking in and checking out. The condo was clean, quite and conveniently located. The only thing I will ask to be different on my next stay is access to the 2 bathrooms, they were both located in the bedrooms. Our guests had to go through the bedrooms to get to them. I will definitely be using them again.

Good personnel and great presentation
Esther in DC was a fabulous representative. She was was very professional, friendly and knowledgable. I would reccomend anyone to sit through her presentation. Even though we didn't purchase she kept a nice demeanor. Claude could have been friendlier.
