Good presentation and mostly friendly. Alex was great and personable. Shelby was very friendly and was enjoyable to talk to. The 'manager' a woman who's name I can't recall was rather pushy and condescending however. Overall though it was a pleasant experience.

Very nice, friendly people!! I love that even though we couldn't afford to buy the vacation package we still get to go on a free vacation just for sitting in and listening to what they have to offer!

Our condo was quite pleasant and near the beach, with plenty of recreation facilities. We really enjoyed our time on the beach and at/in the pool. The only problem was that the furnace was missing it's filter, so it wasn't cleaning the air as the air conditioner ran. I reported this to the TAN agent.
The house is ok but is not clean at all Toilet realy not clean at all with sign toilet bowl All the light have a lot of spider web the two deck really full of leaves the entrance door plany of spider web
