Very nice welcoming, agent was very nice and explained to us the plans then when we said we were not ready, no pressure. We received our gift and left!

Bathroom toilet seats not to good the bathroom need to b alil more up to date. The hot tub was hot need to have a temperature dail for ur guest and the lights out side the pool area at night need to have motion sensors. Need more pillows or better ones for the bed. Closet r very nice. Kitchen and dining areas was great enjoyed the stay but the things I dislike hopefully gets better. Thanks for the accommodation

We weren't in your PA location we stayed at your myrtle beach resort everything was good ,, just need more tvs in the rooms and clearer direction on where to check in at
