Staff was extremely welcoming and comforting. We were not in the right point of our lives where investing in bulk vacations makes sense. They were very understanding and tried to work with us in any way possible.
This a great place with great services. The customer service was awesome. Christ was our guy and this man went out of his way, definitely this is the best place to set up your vacations. Great job christ :)
I enjoyed my experience until the very end. I was there with my fiancé and we knew another married couple from high school. Now we decided not to buy anything because we couldn't afford another bill at the time. Now our former classmate asked my fiancé something and the other couple decided not to buy as well. After that point in time the people became very angry and upset not knowing what was said but that the couple just decided not to buy from the you all. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgable. Esther was awesome as well as the managers on site.

When I walked in the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. The gentleman that gave the presentation was excellent he kept us laughing.Amy was such a sweet heart. She gave us good information about what Sundance offer. Amy made as feel so comfortable we felt we were part of the company. She has excellent customer service love that. Also kudos to Brian for trying to do whatever he could to assist us. Excellent customer from the whole staff.
