Very professional! Clearly explained program and option available to us and was able to accommodate our traveling mode as a family.
We are expecting and really wanted this but had to say no and make a smart decision for our situation. With that being said, they REALLY tried working with us and everyone was so great!
You did a great job. We were very interested in purchasing a package, however. Because we were not allowed to take a day and think about it, we had to decline. I did not like having two other people contine to try and sell after meeting with John, who by the way did an outstanding job. It was a pleasure meeting him.
You guys did well very professional And friendly
The info and products you offer look great. We were told the presentation took 45 mins and we were there 2 hours.. We are not people who will buy something at first exposure. If you decided to follow up with us in 30 days or so we may have purchased your vacation packages. We were exhausted by the end

I had a great experience. They worked with us we ended up buying the package and they don't put pressure on you to force you to get anything.
The presentation itself was fine. The girl did a good job of sharing information that was easy to understand, and she had good energy. However, Chris (the person who tried to sell me on the vacation packages) was completely insulting and condescending. If you truly care about quality services and keeping your customers happy, you would train him on being respectful to his clients.
When we realized you were tan ,which we already have ,we were pleased.Been using and enjoying. Thank you.
