Everyone was professional just didnt appreciate the long wait time for different sales reps to talk to me.

the 1 week trip and the amazon fire were guaranteed pruzes and i did receive, them. what they were offering would be great for someone who vacations alot but in my case it was not a fit. sort of like having timeshares all over the world. good stuff if it fits.

The people were really nice, the product was more expensive than I was comfortable with. Didn't seem to be a great deal after all fees added up.

This was such an experience, cuddos,to Sundance
Everyone was really nice amd the presentation was great. They really tried to work with us, but do to starting a new business, we weren't able to purchase a vacation package.
The folks at Sundance were the nicest people around. My husband and I went and listened to the presentation and then discussed the packages one on one and didn’t feel overwhelmed or forced into anything. We ended up not purchasing any package from them and they all still were the most professional and nice individuals. Great customer service and maybe someday we’ll purchase a package from them!
