Customer service was great!
My experience was somewhat comforting. I actually did some research of Sundance before going do I kinda knew what was to be expected. The staff were persistent in trying to get me to sign up for various offers, however they weren't forcible. Just doing they're job. Everyone from the lady at the front desk,(didn't get her name) Lauren, Charlie, Nick and Bonnie were pretty nice, easy going and professional.

Julia was wonderful! She took really good care of us and will go very far! Never felt pressured or forced to make a decision.
My wife and I have owned a timeshare for years. Seen it all. Seeing the sales pitch and videos from this company just copies what we've seen. That said, overall the people were friendly and down to earth. The product they sell is a good idea. You purchase what you think you would want, then use it. No deeds or maintenance fees and being charged to save your points. We would have tried this, if it was'nt for our t-share. My advice, look into this if you like to get away in comfort.

Very polite and professional
Everything was great. Everyone was polite and considerate. The packages are a GREAT deal, but the vacations are just not us.
Presentation was clear and precise. We were treated very nicely.
The representative D Jay was excellent. He was personal, professional and not too pushy. I enjoyed the presentation. We did not buy. We are close to retirement and this commitment is too high in cost. After reading BBB reviews the next day, it appears we made the right choice. There are plenty of red flags about the company quality of service. No Thank you.
