The briefing was informative, but a bit redundant and at times talks to us like we're little kids. My main issue would be that I was not told I'd be sitting in a briefing for almost an hour, I was led to believe it would take a few minutes, if I knew I would not have driven an hour and a half for it. Also, the 1st thing they tell us is it's not a time share, when it essentially is. We're buying access to thousands of properties, not just one.

Was very interesting learned a lot about different vacations and places you can go. they were very patient with us and also tried to help us any way they could to buy bulk vacations but at this time it wasn't convenient. Charlie was very helpful and she had a lot of patience and listen to what we needed to explain to her and understood our situation.. she was amazing
