I had a wonderfull experince. The guy helpng me was very helpfull and told me alot about sundance vacations.
Business response:
Alex, thank you for giving us your review. I am so happy to hear our Pittsburgh office is doing a great job!
Very nice and friendly
The vIP would be real nice but at this time it was not affordable
The briefing was informative, but a bit redundant and at times talks to us like we're little kids. My main issue would be that I was not told I'd be sitting in a briefing for almost an hour, I was led to believe it would take a few minutes, if I knew I would not have driven an hour and a half for it. Also, the 1st thing they tell us is it's not a time share, when it essentially is. We're buying access to thousands of properties, not just one.
Business response:
Jim, Thank you for informing us of your experience in our King of Prussia office. I will let management know to review your call with the employee who invited you into our office. We want you to know that you are coming in for a brief introduction to our company. The gifts given were a thank you for stopping into our office. Enjoy your gifts and have a great day!
Very well accommodated. Very great offers and even greater staff.
Business response:
Hello Chantae, thank you for the review! I will let the King of Prussia manager know you had a pleasant visit in our office.
Was very interesting learned a lot about different vacations and places you can go. they were very patient with us and also tried to help us any way they could to buy bulk vacations but at this time it wasn't convenient. Charlie was very helpful and she had a lot of patience and listen to what we needed to explain to her and understood our situation.. she was amazing
Business response:

They were very helpful, very knowledgable.
Both Dane and Dan did a nice job in presenting the new v.i.p. program. Knowledgable and easy to get along with.
