Everyone was outstanding and very helpful. They tried to accommodate us as much as they could. I believe the gentleman's name was Jerome. Very understanding and sympathetic to our situation!!

It was a very warm and cared atmosphere at your location. I like how they never force me to buy the package but i will definitely go back.
Very pleasant team! It was a really good experience. Ive been through vacation timeshare presentations before and felt it was a high pressure environment. This was not that! I felt the people genuinely cared about the guests experience.
