I was told that we had won a raffle prize but apparently it was purely a marketing effort. I should have known. So, I am not blaming your company, but I would not have stayed for 2 hrs just to claim our so called "prize". I'll be careful of these offers next time. On top the 2 night stay offer comes with so many strings and conditions. ... I am not sure if I can even use it.

I booked two resorts with you, Magic Tree & Silver Lake Resorts. Magic tree I would never go back to, or recommend anyone going there. Sundance, staff was very good. Silver Lake resort is wonderful and I recommend it to anyone.
It was very easy to understand, and everyone was enthusiastic about the idea behind the company's ideas. Left me with a positive attitude about Sundance

The Meeting was great. The sales person understands that I was not going to buy, but in request for a open mind, and yes we did. The concept was great and the staff was great. We was ready to advise our friends and family about Sundance. Until we had to get out gift, the person that was to get out gifts was right down rude and unprofessional. The good feeling that we had before had now gone out the window.. What should have been rate of 5 stars is now to a three at best.
Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. The program was explained in a simple manner.
Every body was nice and knowledgeable.
The staff was excellent. Chelsea was even more awesome. She drive a hard bargain. She have a strong drive for what she does
