Very respectful and not pushy. Explained the vacation plans clearly.
It was a very good experience and they were very professional and not pushy
Business response:
Hi Tony, thanks for the review! We love to hear when our employees representing our Wilkes Barre office are doing a great job!
Very friendly
We went in to listen to the presentation open minded and everything and they were willing to work out with us very well
Smooth and informative.
The speaker was excellent. Direct and to the point. He held everyone's attention. Our selling agent was jist as good if not better. If i hadn't made a huge and unexpected purchase several days before i probably would have bought into the vacation club then and there. It was just bad timing for me.
Business response:

Sundance is a great company, my salesperson Keisha was so sweet and respectful. She was focused on providing a pleasant experience for me. I didn’t feel pressured and I appreciate that very much.
Everyone was fantastic. Just cannot afford right now.
Very personable and humorous reps. Made us feel welcomed and comfortable.
