Everyone was great! Very professional and courteous.
The gentleman I spoke with were all very nice and understanding of why I cannot purchase a package right now.
The experience was great. The staff was friendly and hospitable. The presentation was informative, entertaining and was fairly quick. Our sales rep had a great personality and was not overly aggressive, which we appreciated. We received our trip and gift as promised.
Excellent service very good at selling the product professional and at the same time down to earth on ones level accommodating its was a very hood experience
Sundance vacations is extremely professional and we had a great time! We brought the kids and Sundance watched and entertained them while we were there. The vacation packages are stunning and we can't wait to take our first trip! 10/10
