We came to Sundance with the intention of receiving the free gift, but our representative was so professional and knowledgeable, we wanted to be apart of it. Ms Raven, our representative, allowed my husband and I to have time to talk, and decide if we really could afford it. We were apprehensive, because of our bills, but when we thought about the money we spent on previous trips, it made sense to be apart of Sundance. We are ecstatic! Thank you Raven, and thank you Sundance.
Business response:
Hi Mr. and Mrs. Brooks, thanks for the review! We love to hear when our employees representing our King of Prussia office are doing a great job! I can't wait to hear about your first vacation with us. Happy travels!
The representives were very polite customer oriented
Everything was clarified very well for me and i was treated great. I wish i was able to buy in but jus right now is bad timing. But again i was sold on everything and sundance is definitely the way to go.
All parties where great very helpful shawn was great the offer was amazing down fall was missing a few day and not able to do the promotional offer
Everyone was polite and professional. Answers to all questions were given quickly and plainly. The overall vacation package seems very fair and has clear set prices that's don't change overtime. Much better then any timeshare experience I've had. Will likely return for future business.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
My experience was very interesting and entertaining learning about trips and extravagant places around the world. I felt very excited to hear more things the group talk was a very long progress but everything turned out amazing .
Excellent customer service and hospitality! Alex and Robert were amazing!!
It was exciting
