The presentation was very precise and detailed.Without doubt, that lady was a professional, she did a good job. Our one on one representative was awesome, she explained every bit to us, I think her name is Jessica. That lady is great.
Our representative was so respectful and so kind we really appreciated all his effort.. he was amazing we laugh we related to each other it was great... the presentation his attitude his knowledge everything was superb
Charlie out of the Monroeville, PA office was amazing. So friendly and Funny and not pushy. I felt like we could have talked for hours. She has a real ability to connect with people and keeps it real! Of course, it's sales, but she has a good way of connecting so it doesn't feel robotic or pushy/sleazy as other companies I have dealt with. She has real world charm and humility!!! Humility is an amazing and rare (I would say) quality in sales. She never gave off a know-it-all or be-littling vibe, (zero arrogance from ... read more

We approached the receptionist, Allison, who greeted us so warmly and inviting. She took our information and gave us a questionnaire to fill out. We sat down in extremely comfortable chairs. I noticed the amenities available and got myself some coffee. We weren't even there for five minutes when Amanda invited us to go into the presentation room. We were joined by some other people. We... read more
Business response:
Hi Debbie, Thank you for taking the time to review our King of Prussia office. It's nice to hear you enjoyed your visit with us. Have a great day and happy travels!
Excellent service once the presentation was over. The receptionist was a little rude and very evasive with my friend who escorted me to the office. I did not appreciate her demeanor. The presenter was good. I just didnt understand his referencing the fact that its not a time share when it resembled the characteristics of a timeshare. But it was a good presentation overall.
Pushy, but understandably so when you're giving gifts.
