Everyone patiently answered our many questions
It was great
Great experience. Very accommodating and friendly.
The staff was very polite and professional. In all was a very good experience. I will definitely be recommending sundance vacations to all of my friends.
The representative who showed me your video was lacking in knowledge. The fact that I have a background in travel as a former Supervisor for Travelocity this was a big red flag for me. Another travesty...putting people like her out to greet potential customers and present your packages when they can't even spell the destination is complete incompetency. It showed a complete lack of professionalism. I had to show her the proper spelling for Hawaii, Caribbean and Jamaica. Sad!
