The representative who showed me your video was lacking in knowledge. The fact that I have a background in travel as a former Supervisor for Travelocity this was a big red flag for me. Another travesty...putting people like her out to greet potential customers and present your packages when they can't even spell the destination is complete incompetency. It showed a complete lack of professionalism. I had to show her the proper spelling for Hawaii, Caribbean and Jamaica. Sad!
