The new owners of this park don't care about the people that live here that have been here for years that survive on a fixed income. I have been living here 4 1/2 years and always pay my rent by the 3rd when I get my disability but this month I was shocked when I got my rent invoice that is normally never over $440 a month but was $505.13. I have a very hard time believing this website and the rating it was given. If you want to read the real review rating, check out the 116 horrible reviews listed on the BBB website. I believe there are roughly 116 reviews there. Be vary of having anything to do with sunnyvale estates and or Vineyard mgmt group llc. I had to file 2 BBB complaints, 2 complaints to the manufactured housing division, and 1 to the attorney general before I was able to get a response in regards to getting a purchase agreement for a house I paid... read more
