Verified Renter Simply put: I just love residing at Sunstone Apartment and Homes. The management staff are helpful, patient, friendly and courteous. The landscaping is always appealing to the eye. My apartments’ design reminds me of the home I used to own in Chicago.

Verified Renter Our little family enjoys the quiet privacy of the SunSTONE gated community, while also being close to all the shops and restaurants. Our children enjoy the amenities, such as the pool and playground, and being able to easily take our pet on walks!

This Is The Place To Be! The office staff is AWESOME! They are caring & always ready to assist. Maintenance is excellent. I assure you if you are looking for a place to call home, this is it! Landscaping is kept up beautifully. In the time we've been here we have no complaints. Neighbors are all friendly and you miss out on so much if you are looking and pass this place up.
Water Every time it rains the entry way would flood. They would send maintenance only for it to flood again. Pretty nice other wise. Mold is definitely worrisome. S. Tedder
