I highly recommend Sunstone. Deciding to live at Sunstone has been a great decision for my family. The kids can walk to school, and we are close to everything. They keep the grounds immaculate, and the staff is always super friendly. I don’t normally do reviews, but in this case, I highly recommend Sunstone. Megan Carrie
High quality Coming from out of town, I was surprised to find an apartment with the quality of Sunstone. The kitchen is huge and I love the granite countertops! I also appreciate the overhead lighting and ceiling fans. At my past apartments, I always needed lamps, and they never had enough light. High quality. Kelly
?? We lived in SunStone (Wichita KS) for over 2 years and I loved it!?? The staff and neighbors were great. The only reason we moved was that we bought a house in another state. It's a great place to live!????????
Verified Renter Sunstone staff does not care about the residents or respect the fact that this is our home and we pay a lot for it so we are owed some respect and patients from the staff.

Verified Renter Before Greystar started managing the property, I was so happy with my living experience that I didn't mind paying extra and renewed my lease for 18months and planned to renew indefinitely. Now, if it's in my budget, I will not be renewing my lease when it ends.

Lack of security We are extremely disappointed. One of the primary reasons we chose this property for our daughter's first home was the promise of a secure and protected community. In less than eight months, that commitment to safety has drastically declined. Security patrols have been discontinued, and the gates are consistently left wide open- now there is not even a code to get in! This creates an open invitation for crime. Verified Renter We have lived here for quite some time, and I would not recommend Sunstone/Greystar. They make ridiculous rules and then expect the tenant to abide by them. When I make a request, it goes unrepaired, they can't fix it or they will get back to me.

Downhill Slope Sun Stone is a decent apartment complex that seems to offer great amenities and upkeep, however the longer you stay, the worse things seem to become. 1. General Maintenance: The facility is fairly new (built in the last 10-15 years) and it is a modern style. However, they fail to maintain the property and the wear is starting to show.
