Great team did the installation!
Great experience all around - from the conversation with Jacque in determining what kind of fence I should get to the permitting process, and finally the installation. I was impressed with how professional and efficient everyone was in each step, and how they made it a seamless process. The installation team was able to remove my old fence (which was a hot mess) and install the new fence in one day! Excellent crew, did great job with install. Price was good compared to the other two bids.. Our HOA would use them again.
The two-man crew that showed up to do the work seem confused. When I told them they were supposed to access the fence from my neighbors property which had been arranged previous to them arriving as well as on the work order. They were to straighten up 11 posts as well as 56 feet of fence for the work order. I had to reiterate this to them as they just were going to straighten up three posts. Seems like . From start to finish the people we worked with were responsive and professional. The crew that did the install worked quickly and efficiently. Any questions we had were answered. Repair man called ahead of showing up as requested, said when he would be here, showed up at proper time. TYSON was very polite, and well mannnered , went to work promptly and finished the job, very good. asked if anything else needed to be addressed on the gate, informed him, no and thank you very much. VERY GOOD WORKER AND PROFESSIONAL. THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS.
