From the first contact to the last Superior Fence was top notch. Kenny our sales rep walked us through all the options and the best placement of our fence. The team who installed it were early which was great and very professional. They took their time and did the job right the first time. They even put up some extra boards on a fence running our back yard that someone else installed so that our dog couldn't squeeze through. They went above and beyond. Superior Fence and Rail of Charlotte is the most professional fence company I have ever worked with. From rock solid customer service out of the gate to excellent craftsmanship and professionalism on the property, they are the only fence company I will use from now on.
From the beginning of getting pricing and going over the work to the install, everything was flawless. The crews were all very professional and conducted themselves accordingly. The work was quality and we are very pleased with the end product.
Overall the fine job I was a little disappointed that there was more of an under gap on certain panels then on others but I’m sure that is something to do with my ground. I just didn’t see it with the wooden fence..
Ruddy, Ruth and Ryan did an excellent job installing the fence in quick order. They were careful to tidy up the yard from the debris. They had installed my neighbor's fence so I had the chance to see them in action prior to my fence and in fact, was the reason I called Superior for my fence. Would highly recommend this company.
