Working with everyone from start to finish was a joy! From the estimator, the installers, billing, final walk-through and any adjustments we wanted, it was a great experience. We are very happy with the quality and design of all the fences they put around our home. Worth the extra bucks to get warrantied professional work done. Our sales rep, Brad Parker, was great. We had many questions about the product and the process, and he took the time to answer them all- even with 2 follow-up phone calls before we signed the contract. Brad also showed up on the job site during install, and followed up on some small fixes that were needed the next day. Our lead installer, Jacob, was very good. Jason and his crew were awesome. They worked hard to complete our fencing project and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. We couldn't be happier with the final product. The quality is top notch. Our consultant Brad was also great and explained the entire process in depth and answered all of our questions. The follow up and customer service from this company is excellent. I would highly recommend Superior Fence and Rail for your fencing needs.
