Our sales rep, Brad Parker, was great. We had many questions about the product and the process, and he took the time to answer them all- even with 2 follow-up phone calls before we signed the contract. Brad also showed up on the job site during install, and followed up on some small fixes that were needed the next day. Our lead installer, Jacob, was very good.
