Our sales rep, Brad Parker, was great. We had many questions about the product and the process, and he took the time to answer them all- even with 2 follow-up phone calls before we signed the contract. Brad also showed up on the job site during install, and followed up on some small fixes that were needed the next day. Our lead installer, Jacob, was very good. Jason and his crew were awesome. They worked hard to complete our fencing project and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. We couldn't be happier with the final product. The quality is top notch. Our consultant Brad was also great and explained the entire process in depth and answered all of our questions. The follow up and customer service from this company is excellent. I would highly recommend Superior Fence and Rail for your fencing needs.
Very prompt scheduling of the installation. The two installation technicians were outstanding. They did a superb job and completed the job in one day. Very happy with the work.

Superior Fence & Rail was very easy to work with. They arrived exactly on time for both the estimate and the installation. They were patient with me as I changed the specs several times and facilitated working with my HOA to get the fence approved. The installation was completed in one day and everyone in the crew was polite, respectful, and easy to work with. I wish I could find a company like Superior in every trade!
