Communication, response and follow through from Stephanie was the primary reasons for us to chose Superior Fence and Rail. We also did check customer quality ratings and experiences. Although Superior was not the lowest in price we felt they were the best buy per dollar spent. Thank you. Randy & Barb Zornes
Stephanie was great to work with beginning to end, and the installers were hard working and very nice!!
The first attempt to fix my fence was not good. My yard was trashed as dirt was piled on to my lawn. If they had asked, I would have provided tarps to keep the dirt out of my lawn. The top rails were not screwed in and the post caps were not glued down. One post was left without a cap. One top railing was even left not even fitting into the post.
