Superior is definitely a 5 star organization. They took care of everything. They came out and gave us an estimate September 21, tolld is how they use reinforced posts and 8 ft spacing to help withstand Nebraska's severe weather. Their prices are reasonable. Crew did a great job, then cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't be happier with our new fence and gate.
This has been a terrible experience. I have had to get a crew back four or five times now because the quality of the work is just terrible. From nails and screws sticking out of the wood to cracked wood during installation. I am tired of having to reach back out every time the crew does work. I just want my fence to look good and be done. You would think having to come back because of poor quality during installation they would take extra steps to make sure it looks good. After a windstorm destroyed our fence, we reached out to Superior to give us a quote for replacement. They got back to us within 24 hours, and we're able to send somebody out after just a couple of days. The inspector listen to what we wanted and offered suggestions, and gave us a quote quickly.
