Pros: If you are looking for a basic fence they do a great job. Cons: Gates and customer service. After rebuilding our gate multiple times we are still left with boards popping off, crooked cuts, holes from having to re-hang the gate and a second gate that's crooked and boards are splitting. Before the second "re-build" they did offer us $500 saying they didn't have anyone to rebuild the gates (because of all the layoffs), we let them know we couldn't even get a gate built for this...looking back we should have taken the mon... read more

Excellent Product and Service. This company is responsive and excellent in all that it does, from initial inquiry to checking back after the final installation for customer satisfaction. The Operations Manager is hands-on and involves the customer along the way in each decision. We are thrilled with our new fence. We highly recommend this company for any fencing needs!
I highly recommend shopping around for a different fence company. I contacted Superior fence for my fence. They were great with all communications up front. I wanted a modern fence and showed several pictures of modern fences from Pinterest, and a few from other houses in Boulder. We are very pleased with our new fence, and would recommend Superior Fence & Rail to anyone! They were very personal, and professional from the start with Brycen, the sales representative, Louis, the field customer service representative, Ame the office representative, and Freddy, along with his efficient team of builders. They even reengineered our gates, after we thought that the gap between the latch and post was too wide, without hesitation.
My daycare hired this company to put new fencing around our playground a few months ago. They did a horrible job! There is a gap under the fence that the children can and do crawl under. Parts of the fencing is already breaking and cracking. We have called several times to have it fixed and they simply refuse. Now they aren't even returning our calls. If you have children, please do not use this company because they clearly don't care.
Our project posed a handful of challenges, ranging from landscaping adjacent to where the new fence was to be installed coupled with our HOA restrictions. Mike and his team worked with us and although the project took one extra day, we are very pleased with the final product. We would highly recommend Superior Fence!

Communication was clear throughout, all of my questions were quickly and efficiently answered from the initial quote all the way through the final product. Installation went seamlessly and the fence looks fanstastic!
