An outstanding job was done on my fencing project. I truly have no complaints and I could not be happier. Looks fantastic and was done very quickly just as promised. All the people, from Superior, from quote to completion were polite and helpful. Wish I all my projects could be handled similarly and I would not have a worry in the world. My initial review of this company was negative, but the company now deerves a recommendation. After installing a Trex fence with a single and a double gate neither gate would close properly a few weeks after installation. A company employee refused to remedy the closing problems because he attributed it to a settling of the gate posts. After a talk with company owner, Manuel, he did a personal inspection and said his company would fix the problems at no cost to me. Trex fence looks good after one call back to have company fix vertical slats in one section that were crooked and not nailed in place at time of installation, but both a single gate and a double gate do not close properly. Company blames ground settling and gate posts moving and will not accept responsibility. I hesitate to believe that excuse because one of gate posts was out of alignment at time of installation. I had a great experience overall. I want to say that up front because I know so people expect perfection from start to finish with a 5 star review and my experience wasn’t perfect but it was good. The sales associate came out to my property twice and assured me that he would be with me through the entire project (it gets tiring explaining and re-explaining what it is that you want/need). Be careful with this company. They did the work originally when the homeowners didn't know they were coming and they made mistakes. Getting them back was a hassle and then again they made mistakes and we will have to end up finishing the fence ourselves. They have difficulty reading a plan, measuring footage and they break their own rules of having the homeowners there when they start the project. Watching them when they are working is the only way to go... that is if you know they are on your property!

Superior Fence & Rail built a very good looking, high quality 48" high iron fence for our backyard. The price was very reasonable; not nearly as expensive as some of the estimates we received from out fence companies. The fence is fully in compliance with the Anthem Ranch HOA covenants standards.
