My daycare hired this company to put new fencing around our playground a few months ago. They did a horrible job! There is a gap under the fence that the children can and do crawl under. Parts of the fencing is already breaking and cracking. We have called several times to have it fixed and they simply refuse. Now they aren't even returning our calls. If you have children, please do not use this company because they clearly don't care.
Our project posed a handful of challenges, ranging from landscaping adjacent to where the new fence was to be installed coupled with our HOA restrictions. Mike and his team worked with us and although the project took one extra day, we are very pleased with the final product. We would highly recommend Superior Fence!

Communication was clear throughout, all of my questions were quickly and efficiently answered from the initial quote all the way through the final product. Installation went seamlessly and the fence looks fanstastic!
The team did an amazing job. They were communicative, showed up in time, worked hard the whole way through, and completed the job quicker than I expected, but in a quality way. Management showed up to see how things were going, offered helped, and made sure the job was completed to my satisfaction.
An outstanding job was done on my fencing project. I truly have no complaints and I could not be happier. Looks fantastic and was done very quickly just as promised. All the people, from Superior, from quote to completion were polite and helpful. Wish I all my projects could be handled similarly and I would not have a worry in the world. My initial review of this company was negative, but the company now deerves a recommendation. After installing a Trex fence with a single and a double gate neither gate would close properly a few weeks after installation. A company employee refused to remedy the closing problems because he attributed it to a settling of the gate posts. Trex fence looks good after one call back to have company fix vertical slats in one section that were crooked and not nailed in place at time of installation, but both a single gate and a double gate do not close properly. Company blames ground settling and gate posts moving and will not accept responsibility. I hesitate to believe that excuse because one of gate posts was out of alignment at time of installation.
