I got a root canal cone by Dr. Hales. I could not have had a better experience! Dr. Hales and his staff were beyond fantastic! I was able to get a same day appt. I am one of those ppl that isn't very fond of going to anything Dentist related but Dr. Hales has cured me of that. I have heard horrifying stories of people getting root canals, so I was very nervous being my root canal. I didn't even feel the shot that he gave me. I highly recommend Dr. Hales!!

Dr. Hales is very attentive and even stayed late to do my repair immediately so I didn't have to continue in pain. He is easily reachable and responds quickly. He was very thorough and spent a lot of time evaluating the cause of my pain to ensure he knew what needed to be fixed.
Dr. Carlson and his assistant were very informative about my root canal, kept me up to date with each step. After procedure made sure I knew what was normal what would not be. Received literature and contact number in case of emergency. Thank you again.
