Very patient and polite. Fully explained the procedure. Very calming. Provided personal cell phone number in case there were any problems or concerns.
I've had 2 horrible past experiences with root canals but Dr. Hales was awesome. I had no discomfort during the injections or during the procedure.
Dr. Tonioli and staff are extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Very pleased with quality of work and all questions were answered clearly without feeling rushed. Highly recommend.

I was worried about having this root canal because of one that I had with a different doctor. But Dr Tonioli and his assistant Heidi took all the worry and pain out of it. He has a direct and clear communication style. Explained the problem and recommended solution well. Clearly very experienced and skilled. The dental technician was very experienced and put me at ease. Works extremely well with the technician-they both worked as a team and that reassured me.
Getting teeth work freaks me out but it ended being SUCH A GOOD EXPERIENCE! I can't thank the staff and Dr Carlson enough. From being greeted upon entry, getting actual procedure, to scheduling staff as I left, all were patient and happy. I honesty was shaking before I went in due to just being nervous. The second Dr Carlson came and introduced himself I started to feel calmer and relaxed. He is an AWESOME Dr and really seems like he understands and enjoys what he is doing! 2 thumbs up!
