An absolute horrible experience! Customer service at its worst. Do not rent the linens through this company either. I received a completely bloody towel in my bag of linens!! It was absolutely awful not to mention scary, considering I reached in the bag and picked it up. I basically had to beg for more linens before my kids went to bed. Alexis at Surfside was so rude, she only was concerned with answering the next call and not fixing my problem. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I have rented 10 beach houses, by far the worst company ever, I will never use them again
